Candida is beginning to run rampant in our society. I practically died from candida myself. So many people have it it's unbelievable. I had begun losing my memory, losing my balance, trouble breathing worsened - it was truly terrifying. Candida Albicans normally resides in the colon of the human and is part of that incredible mix of flora that you need to be healthy. Once an upset throws the body out of stasis, however, the normally friendly bacteria turns into a rampant monster yeast than begins to spread throughout the body. The upset could be a round of antibodies, extreme stress, or a combination of factors. Once it has turned into the invasive yeast-form, it can drill tiny holes through the colon, thereby allowing undigested food proteins to leak back through the colon into the blood stream where they wreak unbelievable havoc - it could mimic allergies, asthma, immune problems, painful joints, the list goes on. Dr Simoncetti says that candida is the precursor to cancer - I don't know if that's true, but I do believe that is is one of the most mis-diagnosed problems out there. Candida can be particularly tough and an honest diet regimen needs to be followed while you're doing the cleanse. Avoid sugar especially... There are many good products on the market, and in my opinion, an expensive one is not necessary. I just go for one made by Zand... It has worked as well as anything else.
